The very first Google Glass – the upcoming gadget of the year, just arrived in Lisbon. Beta-i, in partnership with iStartLabs at Instituto Superior Técnico, are making Google Glass available to Lisbon Challenge participants, so you can develop and test apps for the innovative device which is expected to be available on the European market in 2014.
This is truly a great opportunity for the Challengers to be early adopters of Glass and get one step ahead of the competition in developing the solutions of tomorrow’s tech world.
The possibilities for implementation of this new way of interaction with technology in everyday life are endless. To get inspired, take a look of this talk by Timothy Jordan from Project Glass, giving sneak peak of Google Mirror API – the tool that developers and entrepreneurs will use to build apps for Glass. Just start imagining what you could do on Glass.

We are not supposed to be making an app for Glass soon but I would love to get an hands on or even just a be there when someone uses it to see if the fuss is justified!
