Luis Costa
Turismo de Portugal
Luis Costa worked with the European Commission as an expert in IT and Tourism and was Turismo de Portugal IP representative at the Marketing Technology Network of the European Travel Commission and in several expert groups of the European Commission for Tourism. In Turismo de Portugal IP, he worked for several years in on-line marketing and IT for destination management. More recently, he develops his main activity in the strategic Planning Directorate and coordinate projects in the field of R&D, Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Tourism Sector. He is currently teaching Marketing and Macro Trends and Innovation at Universidade Europeia - Laureate International Universities.
